Product Introduction
Gate( IS&Y Inside Screw and Yoke) is a common type of valve widely applied in various fluid pipeline systems. It is characterized by the fact that the valve stem is not exposed to the outside, and the valve is opened and closed through rotation or lifting operations. Therefore, it is also known as a non-rising stem gate valve or a rotary stem gate valve.
Product Advantages
1. Non-rising stem gate valves are usually made of cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel and other materials, which have high strength and corrosion resistance.

The non-rising stem gate valve drives the gate to move in the valve seat by rotating or lifting the valve stem, thereby realizing the opening and closing of the valve. When the valve stem is rotated or raised or lowered, the gate moves with it, causing the valve passage to open or close. Due to the metal seal between the valve clack and the valve seat, then it has better sealing performance.
The valve stem and nut of the non-rising stem gate valve are hidden inside the valve body and are in direct contact with the flowing medium. This design prevents the valve stem from being damaged by the external environment, such as corrosion or physical damage, thus significantly enhancing its durability. In addition, the flow path diameter of the non-rising stem gate valve is consistent with the pipe diameter, which reduces the flow resistance, lowers the pressure loss of the fluid and improves the efficiency of the system.
