Manufactured in strict compliance with GB/T12234 design standards, this valve features a fully enclosed valve stem structure, which completes opening and closing operations through rotary lifting movement without exposing the stem to the external environment. It is compatible with globally recognized flange standards including ASME B16.5, JB79 and GB9113, with face-to-face dimensions conforming to ASME B16.10 and GB/T12221, and all products pass rigorous inspection and testing in line with API598 and GB/T13927 specifications. Available in sizes from 2” to 24” with a 150LB pressure rating and 80℃ maximum operating temperature, this non-rising stem gate valve delivers stable on-off control for water, gas and other common media. This rubber-sealed non-rising stem gate valve is constructed with high-strength GGG50 ductile iron for the body, bonnet and wedge, paired with a SS420 stainless steel stem, brass stem nut and EPDM gasket. We also offer cast iron, cast steel and stainless steel material options to meet diverse project needs, delivering exceptional tensile strength and corrosion resistance. The fully enclosed stem design isolates critical components from external dust, moisture and mechanical impact, significantly extending the valve’s service life and reducing maintenance frequency for long-term cost savings.

The valve stem of a rising stem gate valve is exposed externally, driving the wedge up and down through thread transmission for intuitive operation. In contrast, the stem of our non-rising stem gate valve is fully enclosed inside the valve body, driving the wedge to lift through rotary movement. This design eliminates the need for reserved lifting space, protects the stem from external corrosion and damage, and delivers better adaptability in narrow and harsh working conditions.
