Available in standard sizes from 1/2” to 2”, a 200WOG pressure rating, and a working temperature range of -20℃ to 180℃, our thread gate valve for water distribution is constructed from premium CF8, CF8M stainless steel, WCB carbon steel, and brass, with optional seal materials including graphite, PTFE, and VITON to adapt to diverse media. The valve’s closing mechanism uses a plug-shaped disc that moves linearly along the fluid centerline, creating a tight, bubble-tight seal between the disc and seat when closed, preventing media backflow and ensuring reliable shutoff. With a straight-through media channel and minimal flow resistance, this valve is optimized for applications requiring frequent opening and closing, with an operating time just 1/6 that of traditional gate valves for fast, efficient operation.
