This Industrial Ball Valve adopts a classic floating structure, with the ball core clamped by inlet and outlet valve seat sealing rings. Driven by the valve stem, the ball core rotates 90 degrees to achieve fast on-off, distribution, and flow direction switching of pipeline media. Under medium pressure, the ball core automatically shifts to the outlet side to enhance sealing performance. With a size range of 1/2” to 10”, pressure rating of 150LB to 600LB, and working temperature of -196℃ to 250℃, our Customizable Flange Ball Valve fully meets diverse B-end industrial project demands.
Our Full Port Flange Ball Valve features a full-bore design, with the ball channel diameter fully matching the pipeline, ensuring minimal flow resistance and maximum circulation capacity. The low-friction valve seat design reduces operating torque for labor-saving 90-degree on-off operation. It achieves Class VI leakage level, supports bidirectional flow without medium direction restrictions, and maintains stable sealing even under high-pressure working conditions.
As a reliable Fireproof Anti-Static Ball Valve, our products are equipped with built-in anti-static devices, fire-resistant structures, and blowout-proof stem designs. The bottom-mounted valve stem prevents flying out under pipeline pressure, and forms metal-to-metal contact with the valve body after a fire to realize secondary sealing. With API607 fire protection and ISO 15848 low leakage certifications, plus a dedicated locking device to prevent misoperation, it fully guarantees the safety of industrial production sites.
We offer standard Stainless Steel Flange Ball Valve (CF8/CF8M) and Carbon Steel Flange Ball Valve (WCB) configurations, with optional valve seat materials including PTFE, PPL, nylon, PEEK, and metal hard seals to adapt to corrosive, high-temperature, and ultra-low temperature media. All valves come with an ISO5211 mounting pad, compatible with manual, worm gear, pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic drive modes. We provide full OEM/ODM customization services for B-end bulk procurement customers.
