Product Introduction
Globe valve is a commonly used valve, widely used in various industrial pipelines. The main function of the globe valve is to cut off or regulate the flow of fluid. Its working principle is to apply pressure through the valve stem to make the sealing surface of the valve clack and the sealing surface of the valve seat closely fit, thereby preventing the flow of the medium. The opening and closing part of the globe valve is a plug-shaped valve flap, the sealing surface is flat or tapered, and the valve clack moves straight along the center line of the valve seat.
Product Advantages
1. The globe valve adopts a forced sealing method. When closing, pressure needs to be applied to the valve clack to ensure that the sealing surface does not leak. This design makes the globe valve have better sealing performance and long service life.
2. The structure of the globe valve is relatively simple, mainly composed of valve body, valve clack and valve stem, which makes its manufacture and maintenance more convenient.
3. Although the globe valve is mainly used for fully open and close operation,the flow can also be adjusted by rotating the valve stem in some cases, but with low adjustment accuracy.
