Our Vertical Mount Thread Check Valve is a self-actuated pipeline valve that automatically controls disc opening and closing via medium flow pressure, with the sole purpose of preventing hazardous medium backflow in industrial pipelines. When medium flows in the forward direction, the valve disc is pushed open to enable unobstructed circulation; when reverse flow occurs, the disc seals tightly under reverse medium pressure to block backflow, eliminating the risk of equipment damage, pressure surges, and medium contamination.
Manufactured in strict compliance with ASME B16.34 design standards and tested per API598 inspection protocols, this 200WOG thread check valve supports a size range of 1/2” to 2”, with a pressure rating of 200WOG and an operating temperature range of -20℃ to 150℃. It is compatible with NPT, BSPT, RC, and G thread ends, and available in premium materials including WCB carbon steel, brass, CF8, and CF8M stainless steel, making it suitable for water, oil, gas, and steam mediums.
Unlike bulky horizontal check valves, our vertical mount thread check valve features an ultra-compact, space-saving structure that fits seamlessly into installations with tight spatial constraints, eliminating the need for extensive pipeline modifications and reducing overall system footprint.
The valve’s fully automatic, flow-driven operation requires no external power sources, complex control systems, or manual intervention. This design reduces operational costs, minimizes maintenance requirements, and ensures reliable performance even during power outages or system shutdowns.
Engineered with advanced sealing technology and high-performance PTFE gaskets, our threaded check valve delivers exceptional sealing integrity across threaded connections and the valve body, effectively preventing medium leakage and ensuring consistent, safe operation of your entire pipeline system.
Available in multiple corrosion-resistant material configurations, this valve supports a wide range of liquid and gaseous mediums, with customizable options to meet the unique demands of your specific application, from crude oil pipelines to high-temperature steam systems.

Our vertical mount thread check valve for oil pipelines is widely utilized across core industrial sectors including petroleum, chemical processing, power generation, and metallurgy. It is most commonly installed at the outlet of centrifugal pumps to prevent reverse flow from damaging critical pump components, as well as at high points in pipeline systems to mitigate destructive high-pressure water hammer during emergency shutdowns. Additional applications include water treatment systems, gas distribution networks, and industrial steam pipelines, where reliable backflow prevention is non-negotiable.
