Product Introduction
Swing check valve, also known as one-way valve or check valve, is an important fluid control equipment. Its main function is to prevent fluid from flowing backwards and ensure one-way flow of fluid in the pipeline. Its working principle is to rely on the flow pressure of the medium to open and close the valve. When the medium pressure drops, the valve disc automatically closes to prevent the fluid from flowing back.
Product Advantages
1. Swing check valves usually adopt a swing structure with a built-in rocker arm. All discs are installed inside the valve body and do not penetrate the valve body. Except for the sealing gasket and sealing ring in the middle flange, there is no leakage point as a whole to prevent the possibility of valve leakage. The connection between the valve clack and the rocker arm adopts a spherical connection structure, which makes the valve clack have a certain degree of freedom in the range of 360 degrees and proper trace position compensation.
2.The flow resistance of swing check valve is small, and the disc swings around the fixed shaft in the valve body. This design makes the resistance of medium flowing less, which is beneficial to improving the flow efficiency of pipeline.
3. The swing check valve has a flexible structure. The valve clack is round or oval and rotates around the axis of the valve stem. This design makes the valve flap more flexible when opening and closing.
