Our Pneumatic Eccentric Butterfly Valve (also known as tri-eccentric pneumatic butterfly valve) is an industrial-grade flow control solution engineered with an advanced three-dimensional eccentricity principle, designed to deliver reliable shut-off and precise regulation for demanding pipeline systems. Manufactured in strict compliance with API 609 and GB/T 12238 design standards, this valve features end flanges aligned with ASME B16.5, JIS B2212, and DIN 2543 specifications, face-to-face dimensions meeting ASME B16.10, JIS B2002, and BS EN558-1 requirements, with all products inspected and tested in accordance with API 598 standards. Its innovative design sees the valve stem axis deviate from both the disc center and body center, with the valve seat rotation axis forming a specific angle with the valve body channel axis, eliminating friction during opening and closing and delivering superior performance for industrial facility operators, engineering procurement teams, and process system integrators.
The high-performance tri-eccentric butterfly valve achieves reliable sealing through extrusion between valve sealing surfaces, with sealing grade improving as closing torque increases, enabling true zero leakage performance. This makes it ideal for applications with strict sealing requirements, eliminating material loss and safety hazards caused by medium leakage in industrial pipelines.
The unique triple eccentric structure eliminates metal-to-metal friction during the full opening and closing stroke, minimizing wear on sealing surfaces. This non-contact operation ensures no deformation after long-term continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance frequency and extending the valve’s service life, while cutting unplanned downtime for industrial plants.
The tri-eccentric design maximizes the valve’s flow diameter, creating a streamlined flow path with low frictional resistance and high flow capacity. The valve only requires 70-90° rotation for full opening and closing, drastically shortening actuation time, enabling fast emergency shut-off, and improving the overall response efficiency of industrial pipeline systems.
Available in sizes from 2” to 72”, with pressure ratings of 150LB to 300LB, and an operating temperature range of -29℃ to 425℃, this valve is compatible with water, oil, gas, steam, and other common industrial media.
