Product Introduction
Tri-eccentric butterfly valve is one designed by the principle of three-dimensional eccentricity. Its characteristic is that the axis of the valve stem deviates from the center of the disc and the center of the body at the same time, and the rotation axis of the valve seat has a certain angle with the axis of the valve body channel. This design makes the tri-eccentric butterfly valve have significant advantages in sealing performance, pressure and temperature resistance, and service life.
Product Advantages
1. The sealing of the Tri-eccentric valve is achieved by squeezing between the valve sealing surfaces. The greater the closing torque, the higher the sealing level, and ""zero leakage"" can be achieved.
2. Due to the design of the triple eccentric structure, the friction phenomenon of the valve is reduced during the opening and closing process, which greatly increases its service life.
3. The triple eccentric structure increases the flow diameter of the valve and the valve has a higher flow rate.
4. When the valve is opened and closed, the valve shaft only needs to rotate between 70-90 °, which shortens the opening and closing time of the valve and enables quick closing.
